What to write about
- Corrections. If a figure, rule or description looks wrong, send the page address and, if you can, a source. Corrections are handled as described in the editorial policy.
- Unclear explanations. If a page or a glossary entry left a question unanswered, say which one.
- Sources. Primary documents — provider rules, regulator guidance, testing standards — are always welcome.
What we cannot help with
The site does not run the Spaceman game, hold accounts or process payments, so it cannot help with:
- account access, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or verification — these are matters for the operator that holds the account;
- disputes about a round or a result — these are matters for the operator concerned and, if needed, the regulator that licenses it;
- requests for predictions, signals, tips or recommendations of where to play;
- sponsored articles, paid links or operator promotions — the site publishes none and does not reply to those requests.
