Spaceman auto cashout
Spaceman auto cashout is a preset: a multiplier chosen during betting time at which the bet is paid without a click if the round reaches it. The Game Help gives a range of 1.01x to 4999.99x and describes two switches, AUTO CASHOUT and 50% AUTO CASHOUT.
Key takeaways
- The auto options pay instantly at the defined multiplier even when it equals the crash multiplier; the Game Help notes that a manual click cannot be paid at that value.
- When both are on, the 50% value must be lower than the AUTO CASHOUT value, and 50% AUTO CASHOUT is disabled when AUTO CASHOUT equals 1.01x.
- The settings are locked once the round starts, but the manual CASHOUT and CASHOUT 50% buttons still work at a lower multiplier.
- The range stops at 4999.99x because, per the Game Help, there is no crash at 5000x: that value is paid automatically to all bets still in the game.
What Spaceman auto cashout does
An auto cashout is a cashout instruction given before the round starts: if the round reaches the chosen multiplier, the bet is paid at that value with no click needed.
AUTO CASHOUT covers all of the bet still in the game; 50% AUTO CASHOUT covers half of it and leaves the other half in play. Either can be used alone, or both together.
If the round ends before a preset value is reached, that preset pays nothing. Unless it was cashed out manually first, the amount it covered is lost like any other bet that was not cashed out.
The manual buttons, and the way a click is settled, are covered on the Spaceman cashout page.
Auto cashout settings and range
| Setting or rule | What the Game Help says |
|---|---|
| When it is set | During betting time, by switching the option on |
| Lowest value | 1.01x |
| Highest value | 4999.99x |
| Once the round starts | The settings can no longer be changed |
| Both options on | The 50% AUTO CASHOUT value must be lower than the AUTO CASHOUT value, and adjusts automatically when AUTO CASHOUT is changed |
| AUTO CASHOUT at 1.01x | 50% AUTO CASHOUT is disabled |
| Manual buttons | CASHOUT and CASHOUT 50% still work during the round, at a lower multiplier than the preset |
| On mobile | Auto Cashout switches to a scaled-down view once the bet is accepted |
According to the Game Help, the range stops at 4999.99x because there is no crash at 5000x: a round that reaches that value pays every bet still in the game automatically. At the bottom, 1.01x is the first value above the 1.00x start, and a round that ends at 1.00x loses all bets placed in it. Both rules, and the game’s maximum payout, are covered on the multiplier page.
Exact-value settlement: auto compared with manual
| Point of comparison | Manual buttons | Auto options |
|---|---|---|
| When the decision is made | During the round, by a click | During betting time, before the round starts |
| Multiplier paid | The actual multiplier when the game server processes the request, after a connection delay | The exact preset value, paid instantly |
| Round ends exactly at the chosen value | Cannot be settled at the crash multiplier | Paid at the crash multiplier |
| Changes during the round | Available throughout the round until it ends | Locked once the round starts |
A worked example
A stake of 10 units has AUTO CASHOUT set to 2.00x, and neither manual button is used.
- The round ends at 1.99x. The preset is never reached and the 10 units are lost.
- The round ends at exactly 2.00x. The bet is paid 20 units.
- The round ends at 7.42x. The bet is paid 20 units at 2.00x. The preset does not wait for a higher value.
Exact-value settlement changes how a cashout is carried out, not where a round ends or what a bet returns on average. Under the constant-RTP model, which is a model and not Pragmatic Play’s published distribution, the expected return equals the RTP (return to player) at every target, as cashout timing in crash games explains.
Using both auto options together
With both switches on, one bet has two preset exits: half at the 50% AUTO CASHOUT value and the rest at the AUTO CASHOUT value, with the 50% value always the lower of the two.
Example: a stake of 10 units with 50% AUTO CASHOUT at 1.50x and AUTO CASHOUT at 3.00x, and no manual click.
| Where the round ends | What is paid | Total returned |
|---|---|---|
| Below 1.50x | Nothing | 0 |
| From 1.50x up to 2.99x | Half of the bet (5 units) at 1.50x | 7.50 |
| At 3.00x or above | Half at 1.50x and the other half at 3.00x | 22.50 |
If only 50% AUTO CASHOUT is on, the remaining half has no preset exit. It has to be cashed out with the CASHOUT button before the round ends, or it is lost.
What this kind of split does to the spread of results is worked through on the page about the 50% cashout.
Auto cashout and disconnections
The Game Help’s disconnection policy cancels a bet if the disconnect is detected before BETS CLOSED, refunds a confirmed bet if the player disconnects before the game starts or while the multiplier is at 1.00x (unless 1.00x is the crash multiplier, in which case the bet is settled as a loss), and forces a cashout on a disconnect at 1.01x or above before the round has ended. The policy does not apply when Auto Cashout is enabled, except where only 50% Auto Cashout is enabled; the Game Help does not explain the reasoning.
The policy is set out in full, as a table, on the rules page.

Frequently asked questions
Is auto cashout the same as autoplay?
No. Auto cashout sets the multiplier at which a bet is paid; autoplay is a separate option that places the same bet over a chosen number of rounds. While autoplay runs, the Game Help says the bet and the auto cashout settings cannot be changed. Autoplay and its stop conditions are described on the Spaceman features page.
